Delivery Policy

• Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
